Review Inspection

The Review Inspection is conducted on behalf of the buyer after a pre-listing inspection was performed by Columbia Inspections.  At a reduced fee, I will conduct a thorough walk through with the buyer to review the initial inspection.  The purpose of the review is to validate the home's condition, highlight my findings and update areas of initial concern and repairs conducted by the seller.
