• 20+ years OSHA, HAZMAT, construction, military training and experience
• 10+ years inspection training, education and experience
• Certified Member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspector (NACHI)
• Trained and certified through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT)
• Certified Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Inspector
• Trained and certified through Inspection Training Associates (ITA)
• Annual completion of 24 hours of continuing education
• Member of Environmental Solutions Association (ESA)
• Certified Mold Investigations
• Certified Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) sampling
• Consistently exceeded requirements of all association and National Inspection Examinations
